Key File for my desktop package

I'm still using my Palm T|X and want to go back to full use of Shadow Plan, which I bought years ago, and later updated to 4.31. I had a major Palm crash, and also have changed computers a couple of times. How can I get my keyfile to go back to using the desktop program?

You mean, using in a handheld-less situation, or with your
handheld still? ie: Obtain your old handheld+desktop key from the online
tool or from support (using the web form), or get a new desktop only key
(use the support form)?
