Looking for Possible Shadow Replacement

Hi all:

As much as I hate to say it, my Tungsten isn't going to last forever, darn
it. Since the Palm platform isn't going to see much further development,
I'm going to have to find a replacement. :(

I thought about doing something with FileMaker Pro to match Shadow's
features, but I realized very quickly that it's beyond my computer skills.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a program that could replace Shadow on
a tablet? If there's something that can match Shadow's capability, I'd love
to hear about it!

Thanks, and belated new year's greetings,
Neil Slater

This one has been on my radar for a wee bit of time:

Did I mention it is free?

----------- blurb from site -----------
Noteliner helps you structure and track your work; it provides a
place to record meeting and conversation notes, manage todos,
and store key project information that might otherwise be
scattered about. It is a simple tool that gives you a means to
stay on top of everything you need to do and remember.

I developed it originally over 15 years ago and have updated it
every few years. From time to time IŽve looked for other tools
to help me keep track of all the things that I need to do at
work but I have found them either too cumbersome--creating work
rather than reducing it--or too basic. For no particular reason
in early 2010 I decided to clean it up and see if others might
find it useful (IŽve continued to update it since then). I hope
you do!

Noteliner lets you create a hierarchy of notes. You can give
these notes follow-up dates, indicate which ones need attention,
assign people, prioritize, or mark them complete. Different
views allow you to see all the notes assigned to a particular
person, those that need follow-up, attention or are dated. You
can also specify which notes are part of a To-Do list and then
view all To-Dos across your projects along with other items that
need attention. In 3.2 you can convert pages (lists) of notes
into tables so you can keep more structured information about
them (like status)

I used to use Shadow (and loved it) and held onto my Palm PDA way longer
than I wanted to, just so I could use Shadow. I did a lot of research to
find a replacement, and found something I'm very happy with: ToDoMatrix.
At first it was just made for Blackberry, but now there's a great
iPhone/iPad version. It's more complicated than Shadow, so there is a
learning curve, but it's got great features and a desktop version. You can
see the details at rexwireless.com. And they have great customer service;
they have always responded to me within 24 hours--even on Thanksgiving!
