I got the desktop version of Shadow Plan. I had the handheld version from several years ago. I got an order confirmation, but have not received the registration code. I have tried emails (no answer), and the support page form (error message - "Configuration error
The file /vhost/sites/www.codejedi.com/cgi-bin/zoz.conf does not exist or cannot be opened")

I have changed email addresses since my first order (and have tried to contact them about this), and want either a refund or a registration code, and can't seem to get a response for either.
I read the message on the web about the arrival of a new baby, so I can understand a slow response, but having no way to know if anyone has or will take care of my problem is disturbing.

Jeff does look at the list some; so he may catch you here. I just tried
looking up my registration code and the form worked. Is this where you
tried: http://shadow.skeleton.org/cgibin/codejedi_registration_request.cgi

Emailing me directly is okay.

Reply to me direct and let me know your email address at time of
order and I can look you up.

Did you say you just bought the desktop recently, to add onto the
handheld side .. or standalone? Which storefront?
