I got the desktop version of Shadow Plan. I had the handheld version from several years ago. I got an order confirmation, but have not received the registration code. I have tried emails (no answer), and the support page form (error message - "Configuration error
The file /vhost/sites/www.codejedi.com/cgi-bin/zoz.conf does not exist or cannot be opened")
I have changed email addresses since my first order (and have tried to contact them about this), and want either a refund or a registration code, and can't seem to get a response for either.
I read the message on the web about the arrival of a new baby, so I can understand a slow response, but having no way to know if anyone has or will take care of my problem is disturbing.
