What do tags do?

Hi guys! Like many of you I have tried several other PIMs, but always
come back to Shadow for some reason. One of the few downsides is the
lack of help/documentation. For example: I have a feeling that the
'tags' function could help me refine my planning even more. Can anyone
help me get going with this - or let me know how you use this function?

Thanks Anita, that looks really useful. But I hope I hear back from a few pepole out there too, who have some ideas on which 'types' of tagging are most useful... I'm all ears!
