XOXO/HTML export template for ShadowPlan

Theres a couple outliners on the Palm Pre; as I don't have a Palm
Pre outliner available, I've been trying to help with folks who're using
these guys.

One such outliner is Outline Tracker:

Doug, who builds that tool, is a good fella; he's provided a
couple Shadow Plan export templates for Shadow Desktop, that assist
importing into Outline Tracker.

I've put the two template files up on this page:

See the XOXO export link; one template exports using start date,
the other exports target date.
