Two days ago I purchase a SP license for my PDA and for my MAC
desktop. However I have not received yet the the registration code to
allow me to use the programs. I sent an email to ***@codejedi.com
but have not received any response. Would anyone advise how to
proceed?.

Try the first link and the online tool for getting your registration
code. If you don't find it, then use the second link to get to the form
to send to support. The email doesn't get through.

Anita,

I didnŽt work, so far. I tried the link, and later the web form
mail, but did not get any response yet. It seems that I am not alone
with this problem, another person sent me a email indicating to be in
the same situation. Does anyone knows a phone number of this company
where I could call to get an answer?.

Regards,

Ramiro

Due to my move I'm about a week or 10 day behind on some replies.

I will be catching up tomorrow, so expect to be taen care of then.

Sorry for the delay ..

I got my server farm back up quick, so that most of the website

Thank you for letting us know. For a moment I was worried that
something had gone seriously wrong with the purchase. Not the world's
quickest turnaround for an e-transaction, but hey - things happen.

Thanks.

Generally the entire process is automated, so hence when I need I
usually don't mind getting a little lax for a few days -- usually things
run along nicely anyway. Naturally, when I need to take a bit of time away
(vacation, whatever).. things really break. Such is the nature of
technology :)

I placed my order on May 22nd, but haven't received a registration. I
sent 2 follow-up emails, but haven't heard back. Any news on when
registrations will resume, or did mine just slip in a crack? If need
be, I can forward the purchase receipt email again.

Thanks,

Hello Anita

I have tried both links, and have not even received an acknowledgement.

In between purchase and now, I had a hard drive crash, so I have lost
my purchase acknowledgement from the CodeJedi shop.

I placed my order on the website, and if you need more details, I will
have to dig out my credit card bills for them.

The only reason for approaching a public board like this is that at
least we seem to get some kind of acknowledgement on this board!

Regards
Darren

Sadly, it is not a problem on my server (that would be easy ;)

As the various Palm stores blow up, various thigns seem to be
happening .. ie: I don't receive orders, or they go to wrong addresses and
so on, so its a difficult thing to pull together. I'm working on it.

I fixed an aspect of it a couple weesks back, but looks like
things have changed againfor a few stores.

Wish I could say more, but I will hold my mouth shut for now..

Got a spew of mail in my support box the last couple days; I will
tackle it again. I Think a pile of orders have gone lost thew last week or
two and I'm only just finding out about most of them. (ie: I don't find
out until people are really really mad, after having bugged stores, or
emailed my support box (which doesn't work of course) and finally find my
form, too late :/)

I'm working on it my friends.

Email me direct if you're still having contact issues; I think I'm

Some more store hookups have ben blown up altely I think; wish

Jeff,

I am in the same situation as dotbob7. How difficult is for you to send us
the email with the registration code that is pending, or to update the
information to allow us to get the registration code using the online tool
on your web page? It doesnŽt made sense that we have to wait for so long to
use the program that we purchased.
